Every Baby is Precious: We visit prenatal care providers in high syphilis and congenital syphilis (CS) morbidity areas. The purpose is to create an awareness of the surge in CS cases, show data of missed opportunities to prevent CS by prenatal care providers, and provide items with CS prevention logos as a constant reminder to prevent CS.

What were/are the primary objectives/goals of this intervention?
Prevent CS cases among women who received prenatal care at least two months before delivery.
What were the outcomes of the intervention?

We visited 11 prenatal care providers in one city. They reported no CS cases among the providers we visited for pregnant women who received prenatal care before delivery.
