We are currently providing our Free Testing Program through the state Health Department of Iowa. We are also working with the Douglas County Health Department, and Sarpy and Cass County Health Departments in Nebraska. We are also working with the state Health Departments of Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana. Our largest city partnership is with the city of Miami, FL.
